Stacy’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. She integrates modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. She works to create a warm, authentic, and supportive space where you can explore challenges at your own pace, build insight, and develop tools for lasting change.
