MENTAL HEALTH APPROACH
Zoe approaches therapy with a strong commitment to collaboration, believing that the therapeutic process works best when clients are active partners in their own growth and healing. She strives to always act in the client’s best interest, creating a space where individuals feel respected, empowered, and genuinely supported. Recognizing that no two people are the same, she tailors each session to meet the unique needs, goals, and experiences of the individual.
Grounded in a person-centered approach, Zoe prioritizes building a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. At the same time, she integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to support meaningful and lasting change.
Zoe’s clinical interests include perinatal and postpartum counseling, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. She is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
CURRENT PRACTICE
Zoe provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns. She has received training in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), but her therapeutic work is guided primarily by a person-centered lens. Zoe utilizes a collaborative approach with clients that is tailored towards each individual’s needs.
