MENTAL HEALTH APPROACH
Trish specializes in complex and generational trauma, focusing on physiological anxiety symptoms like heart palpitations, racing thoughts, and chronic tension. Her approach is direct and warm, blending psychodynamic insight with a somatic, neuroscience-based foundation. Together, you will explore underlying patterns to help you feel empowered and attuned to your body. Therapy isn’t about "fixing" you; it’s about finding yourself.
