MENTAL HEALTH APPROACH

Taylor believes therapy is a collaborative process that allows clients to explore challenges, while developing new insights that lead to growth and healing. Taylor strives to be attentive and compassionate, while fostering a non-judgmental and supportive environment that allows clients to fully address their concerns, better manage distress, and pursue a more enriching life. Her areas of interest include exploring the complexities of anxiety, depression, and trauma. She utilizes a strengths-based approach while also incorporating techniques from ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). She strives to tailor each session in accordance with the client’s individual needs.
