Life coaching offers a collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented space to explore what matters most to you. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and may include reflection, identifying patterns or obstacles, clarifying goals, and developing practical strategies to help you move forward with confidence.
During your first session, your coach will take time to understand what brings you to coaching, your current circumstances, and what you hope to achieve. Together, you will identify priorities, clarify desired outcomes, and create a plan that aligns with your values and goals.
You and your coach will also discuss how you would like to work together. Whether you benefit from a more reflective and exploratory approach or prefer structured goal-setting and accountability, sessions can be adapted to meet your needs and preferences.
Throughout the coaching process, your coach will provide support, encouragement, accountability, and constructive feedback while helping you recognize strengths, overcome barriers, and maintain momentum toward your goals. Progress is viewed as a series of meaningful steps, and successes, both big and small, are acknowledged along the way.
As your goals, circumstances, and priorities evolve, coaching evolves with you. Follow-up sessions build on previous insights and progress, helping you create sustainable change and continue moving toward the life you want to build.
Self-Pay Pricing
Initial Session (90 min) — $225
Required for all new clients. Includes an initial assessment, goal exploration, and discussion of current lifestyle, challenges, and priorities, along with personalized recommendations.
Follow-Up Session (60 min) — $150
Ongoing coaching sessions focused on progress, reflection, accountability, and continued goal work.
4 Week Reset Program — $500
Short-term coaching package designed to build momentum and create structure, while supporting reconnection with goals and routines.
8 Week Growth Program — $1,000
A structured coaching process focused on accountability, habit change, and consistent support over time.
12 Week Transformation Program — $1,500
Extended coaching support for deeper change, sustained accountability, and long-term personal development.
Monthly Support Membership — $195/month
For clients who have completed a coaching program and want ongoing support through one monthly session and weekly check-ins.
Sessions are offered online, in person, or as a hybrid format based on preference and availability.
