The Center for Collaborative Health (CCH) is a group practice that provides innovative and alternative options for the diagnosis and treatment of mental health. Our clinicians are well-versed in general mental health with a special focus on how traumatic experiences impact mood, behavior, relationships, and the underlying structure of the brain. We pride ourselves in providing each client with a comprehensive evaluation and understanding the causes behind their current functioning to properly diagnose and provide the most effective recommendations for treatment. Our core belief is that people are resilient and just need some extra support and new skills to live a healthier life.
We approach mental health with the newest psychological techniques and also by integrating non-traditional methods to treat the person as a whole. Research exploring the relationship between traditional talk therapy and alternative treatment strategies continues to grow both in terms of quality and quantity. Data now confirms that alternative interventions such as yoga, mindfulness and meditation, massage and other forms of therapeutic touch, proper nutrition and supplementation all can impact the mental health of children, adolescents, and adults alike.
At CCH, these services are offered in conjunction with psychotherapy as an integrative and empowering approach to healing. We provide our clients with a unique and comprehensive treatment plan tailored to their current concerns and specific needs with the goal of enhancing relationships, healing from the past, and thriving in the future.
