OUR TWIN CITIES MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC
The Center for Collaborative Health (CCH) is a group practice that provides innovative and integrated options for the diagnosis and treatment of mental health. Our clinicians are well-versed in general mental health with a special focus on how traumatic experiences impact mood, behavior, relationships, and the underlying structure of the brain. We pride ourselves in providing each client with a comprehensive evaluation and understanding the causes behind their current functioning to properly diagnose and provide the most effective recommendations for treatment. Our core belief is that people are resilient and just need some extra support and new skills to live a healthier life.
Frequently Asked Questions
What makes the Center for Collaborative Health different? Our goal at CCH is to provide an approach to healing and mental health that integrates traditional psychotherapy with alternative interventions such as yoga, mindfulness and meditation, massage and other forms of therapeutic touch, as well as proper nutrition and supplementation. We believe that we can be more effective at improving mood, changing behaviors, promoting recovery from physical and emotional injuries, and improving overall health if we take a collaborative approach that takes into account the whole person and their environment. Please contact us for a free consultation regarding how our approach can work for you.
